Rates

During the following periodes, standard rates to not apply:
- Ascension Day: May 30 - June 5, 2011
- Whitsuntide: June 10 - Jun 17, 2011
- Gay Pride Weekend: August 4 - 9, 2011
- IBC conference: September 5 - 19 2011
- Christmas and New Year: December 23rd - January 8th 2012
- Easter: April 7th - April 14th, 2012
- Queens Birthday: April 27th - May 4th, 2012

Payments

Visa, Mastercard
A deposit of 50% is to be paid through Visa or Mastercard. Your booking is valid only when this deposit is received.

The balance is to be settled upon arrival.

Cancellations

We are very small: we have only few accommodations. Consequently, loosing business through no-shows has a big impact on the business as a whole. Still we would like you to be able to cancel, should your plans change unexpectedly.

We will give you a refund as follows:

• 50% of deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 14 days or more before arrival date
• 20% of deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 14 - 7 days before arrival date
• No refund if cancellation is made within 6 days of arrival.

Please make sure that you receive our confirmation that indeed your reservation is cancelled. Even though e-mail is quite reliable, we would like to ensure that communication is clear and unambiguous.
